Ok, it's really physical therapy, not the Amy Winehouse thing. Had my first appt. on Wed.. Because I had such a large tear and ratty bicep, my therapy consists of gently swinging my arm back & forth and side to side. I have a total of 8 exercises, 10 reps 3-4 times a day. Right now I'll have pt twice a week for 12 weeks. It's a little scary how much strength you can lose in a month. There's truth in "Use it or lose it".
On a totally unrelated matter, fish sleep. And, I wish I'd invented the Spork. It's a spoon! It's a fork!
